The location was quite yet close to eateries and what we came to Sydney to do - Botanic gardens and Hordern Pavilion. The bed was the most comfortable of any bed I've slept on at a hotel which was a very pleasant surprise. We did not see any staff as all the check it was digital and access to the property is by code so I cannot comment on staff particularly.

The location is the perfect proximity to Prince of Wales Hospital. It's an easy walk straight through the hospital grounds, door to door. The building was fresh and clean, and appears fairly recently renovated. Room had his size bathroom(shower toilet and hand basin with good lighting. Bed was super comfy. Easy walk to shops, Ritz movie theatre and restaurants. Slept like a log. Very happy 😊

A fantastic and affordable stay! Location is perfect - just a short walk to Randwick Light Rail station. The room was clean and comfortable, as were the beds. The communal kitchen and laundry was an unexpected (but pleasant) surprise! Thanks to the team at Avoca Randwick for an enjoyable stay - we’ll be back again :)

Amazing location, we came to Sydney to go to the races so it was perfect; just a short stroll to catch the tram to the racecourse! Also nice little stroll to local cafes/restaurants etc or a quick drive to coogee. Room was great, nice and clean; a little small overall (the bed takes up the whole room basically) but the bed was big and comfy (pillows were a touch soft for my liking but that's just my preference), it had everything we needed, good shower head pressure! Would happily stay again! 😊

Great location for explore the beaches,Googee coastal walk to Bonte beach. Friendly staff and warm welcome. Very close to public transports,bus stop and light Rail, many restaurants and supermakets about 10minutes walking distance. Kitchen facilities with laundry machine are provided for guest. It made me feel like home.

This property and their staff were both outstanding. I was staying there as my daughter had surgery over at the POW hospital, and her stay was longer than expected. They went out of their way to find me rooms for additional nights, the cleaning staff moved my language as I was at the hospital, and the location was perfect. The rooms were extremely clean and had everything I needed.

The room was clean and modern. Had air conditioning, tv and wifi worked well. Location was great as it’s 5 mins walk to the hospital, a little further to tram line and maybe 10 mins walk to shops. Would recommend to others and would stay here again. Staff were lovely. Good value for money.

booked here for 1 night because my family member is in hosipital. the room has a big window so it is very well ventilated, which is great for inner city hotel rooms. it's quite at night so I have a good sleep. facilities are good, staffs are friendly.
